Sampling
- Collecting customer’s enquiries.
- Preliminary screening by study, evaluation and proceed the samples as per the customer's requirements.
- Forwarding samples to the customers and receiving feedback.
Pricing
- Quote the right price both in terms of quality and capacity to meet contractual requirements.
- Negotiation and finalization of price.
Order Progress Process
On receipt of orders based on above, discussing with our tech and production team we have planning, preparation of critical path by highlighting critical stages involved.
Weekly Progress Report
Meeting with customer concerns every week and status will be e-mailed to customers on every Monday. This will enable to verify their order progress.
Sample Trajectory
Co-ordinate with technical team, strictly follow-up of samples like styling-proto, prototype, size-set, pre-production, top-samples etc,.
Production Planning
Block the appropriate source according to the order quantity and following all the activities as per the critical path.
Quality Assurance
The receipt of pass report of FPT/GPT, We will proceed the factory size set with approved patterns, conduct the pre-production meeting, review the pilot run and proceed the bulk upon the approval of pilot run, in-line and final inspection.
Shipment
Will coordinate between our quality, merchandiser, planning team and customer concerns arranging shipments accordingly.
